At Publish my Web we provide comprehensive and rapid website support. Unfortunately our services do not extend to encompass IT support for your local computers or mobile devices. IT support services are best provided by a local IT support company or person that is able to assist you on the ground at short notice.
In most cases requests for IT support are made to us in regard to email setup. We are able to provide you with the settings required to configure and retrieve your mail from the Publish my Web mail server. However we are not able to assist you with configuring your computer to retrieve and send mail. Often problems with retrieving mail is related to IT support issues, such configuration of your internet service provider, firewall or virus scanner. As such it is often counter productive for us to provide advice to our clients on these issues over email or phone.
In the event you are not able to immediately configure your computer to receive mail, in almost all cases we can provide you with webmail or gmail access to your email.
As such we highly recommend you engage a local IT support person to assist you to ensure the smooth operation of your computer systems and email. On your permission we are able to interact directly with your IT support person to resolve any issues that may arise.
If you do not have a local IT support person or company on standby, we highly recommend you partner with one to ensure the smooth running of your IT systems. IT support is a required business expense. Apart from email setup, IT support can assist with:

- Email archiving and auditing trail for your documents.
- Internet setup, network setup and network security.
- Selection and installation of business applications.
- Appropriate licensing of operating systems and applications across your office machines.
